Why choose TLC?
Supervision & Level of Care
We aim to give our students the highest level of care and supervision. TLC employs experienced caring staff who are CRB Police checked. Students will have their own individual programme which will be designed to meet their personal needs. Students are able to have a mixed balance of practical and leisure experiences. The Learning Centre offers a 52 week service only closing for annual UK bank holidays. Students are encouraged to grow in confidence through well supervised sessions.
Underpinning Life Skills
All groups include meaningful activities and every effort is made by the staff team to encourage all students to participate. TLC has a strict no bullying policy – please click button below for more information.
Structure & Timetable
Students are encouraged to mix and socialise with their peers. Each day of the week is structured with a programmed timetable. For group activities there are no additional or hidden costs. Students only pay a small donation for refreshments although the funds raised from this are used to subsidise the cost of the annual Christmas celebrations.
