TLC is ideally based in the heart of Havering at Units C & D, Melville Court, Spilsby Road, Harold Hill, Romford, Essex, with good transport links to the A12, A127 and M25.

TLC offers placements to students who access our service using Direct Payments, Individual Budgets or private funding.  Direct Payments and Individual Budgets can be applied for through local authority social services and advice is available from the Direct Payments team.  TLC serves students from Havering, Barking, Dagenham, Redbridge and Thurrock.
