We have clear open communication channels with parents and carers and we can be contacted at any time during our hours of business. We can be contacted by telephone, email, or if you wish to discuss a matter in more detail, please telephone the office to make an appointment with the TLC Management team. Letters are sent out using the Transport Courier System or mailed when students are not in attendance to keep parents/carers updated.
Students who live within the boundaries of the London Borough of Havering may be collected and returned to and from home using the TLC Transport with drivers and escorts. Students living outside of the Borough of Havering will need to make the necessary arrangements with their local authority to arrange transportation. Students who are independent travellers have their attendance carefully monitored. Anyone wishing to provide their own transport should arrive at TLC by 10:00am.
